Dispute Resolution

Students with complaints or appeals must request, in writing, an appointment for an interview with the school director. The request should include the student’s full name, the last four digits of their Social Security Number (or student number), current address, a statement of the concern (including dates, times, instructors, and other students involved), date of the complaint letter, and the student's signature. The school director will notify the student in writing of the appointment date within five business days. Every effort will be made to bring an amicable closure to the concern. If necessary, a panel of instructors will hear the concerns and assist in bringing a resolution. The decision is final.

Payment & Refund

A registration fee is due before the start of class to hold your seat. If unable to attend the originally scheduled class, this deposit can be used to hold your position in a future class if you notify us in writing one week before your scheduled start date.
